Since the acquisition of Microwave Components by the ADI Corporation in October 2018, we have undergone significant changes to the ways that we support our customers and vendors to improve the level of service we provide. Still before us are 2 major changes that will propel us towards the future by establishing solid platforms to build upon. The first change is converting to a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, Pentagon 2000; an industry leading tool for processing all our business transactions from customer quoting, vendor costing/PO placement and through to pick tickets, packing slips and invoicing. The second change is we will move our business in Q3, 2020 to a business park nearby where we will triple our building size to bring additional services and capabilities to our customers. Additional updates will be provided as this project progresses.

We are actively working closely with our Worldwide IT Leadership Team and local support staff for the conversion to Pentagon. We will “go live” on January 2, 2020 with the Pentagon System. Although the efforts and time planning for the conversion have been monumental to keep it seamless to our valued customers and vendors, we expect there will be issues that one could not anticipate. For this we ask for your patience and understanding. For everyone who has recently completed a similar conversion, I’m sure you can understand the challenges we will face.
